Ramban : An absconder wanted in a case registered at Police Station Batote has been arrested by Ramban Police.
A case FIR No. 18/2022 U/S 379/411/34 IPC was registered at Police Station Batote.Accused person namely Chain Singh son of Premu resident of Sanasar Tehsil Batote District Ramban was involved in the commission of offence in the above mentioned case. The accused named above was absconding and evading his arrest since February, 2022 with a motive to avoid the legal proceedings.A General Warrant of Arrest vide Order No.115/9-1/APPB dated 22.06.2023 was issued by the Learned Court of Sub Judge Batote.
The accused person was arrested by Police team of Police Post Patnitop headed by I/C PP Patnitop under overall supervision of *SSP Ramban Ms Mohita Sharma IPS.*
The absconder named above has been produced before the Hon’ble court of law for further course of action.
