Bishnah : Continuing it’s efforts to eradicate the drug menace in Sub Division RS Pura, today evening at about 1500 hrs, a Naka was established at Chorli, in the AOR Of PS Bishnah.
During the checking of the vehicles, one lady pedestrian was observed in suspicious movement, and while she was signalled to stop on the spot, she tried to flee from the naka.
She was however apprehended, by the alert Naka team and her credentials were asked, during her personal search approx. 12 grams of Heroine @( chitta) like substance was recovered from her possession.
Upon questioning she disclosed her name as *Bholi Devi wife of Baldev Raj R/o Chorli Bishnah.*
On this instant recovery a case *FIR No. 05/24 U/S 8/21/22 NDPS* has been registered in PS Bishnah and legal proceedings have been set into the motion.
The arrest was made by *SI Om Parkash*, under the close supervision of *SHO PS Bishnah Inspr. Abid Hussain and Sh. Nikhil Gogna, SDPO RS Pura.*
