DDC Chairman Udhampur inaugurates 250 KVA transformer, Electrification in Sui arfea

UDHAMPUR, JANUARY 12: District Development Council Chairperson Udhampur Lal Chand today inaugurated a newly installed 250 KVA transformer and  electrification of the newly developed teachers’ colony in Ward No-4 in the village  Sui under the UT Capex budget.

The project, estimated at Rs. 24.86 lakh, was unveiled in the presence of Executive Engineer PDD Sunil Dutt Pandoh, AEE Sanjay Gupta, and local residents.

While briefing the media persons, the DDC Chairperson congratulated the locals for realizing their long-pending demand for the electrification of the newly developed teacher colony. He expressed that addressing this demand had been a significant need for the people in the area. The local community conveyed their gratitude to the UT administration and the DDC Chairperson for the successful installation of the transformer.

The DDC Chairperson also interacted with the locals and listened to their grievances. The residents requested the construction of a 4-Meter Span RCC Culvert over the nallah at Ward No. 04, Village Sui, Udhampur.

DDC Chairperson assured the residents that genuine demands would be addressed on a priority basis.
