VIJAYPUR: – Apni Party Provincial President, Jammu, and Former Minister, S. Manjit Singh today said that the Party has expanded its roots across the length and breadth of Jammu and Kashmir.
“The Apni Party has become popular among the youth because the traditional political parties have lost their ground,” said Manjit Singh, while addressing a joining cum meeting program at village Talab Data near Birpur in Vijaypur constituency, District Samba which was organized by Apni Party leader, Vishal Nariana.
The Apni Party District President, Legal Cell, Samba, Adv Sahil Bharti and others were also present on the occasion.
On this occasion, dozens of youths joined the Party in presence of Manjit Singh.
While welcoming them into the Party fold, he hoped that their joining would boost the morale of the Party cadre and strengthen its roots.
He said that the youth from across the regions have attracted towards the Party because of its policies and agenda of equitable development.
“The youth have lost their hopes with the traditional political parties because they feel misled by the politicians who used them as vote banks and did nothing for them,” he said.
He said that “The authorities have no plans for advertising the vacant posts in Govt departments. As the vacant posts are not being referred to the concerned recruitment agencies, the unemployment among the unemployed youth has increased and many have become overaged.”
As the anger is growing among the youth, he said they have hopes with the Apni Party and therefore, youth from across all the regions are joining the Party.
Meanwhile, he explained the policy and agenda of the Party while extending support to the youth and their genuine demands of reserving jobs in the industrial sector in both skilled, and unskilled jobs.
